Moksha Yoga Uptown

Whether you are a beginner or more experienced yogi we will meet you where you are in your practice and encourage you to explore and move deeper. With two practices each day, moksha/modo, vinyasa, yin and restorative - workshops and meditation through out the week - fundamentals, introduction to meditation, arm balances and inversions.

Teacher Bio

Felicia comes from an athletic background with a keen interest in the physical functioning of the body. She is trained in Moksha and Restorative yoga. Her passion is her family, the outdoors and of course yoga. Lisa has studied, Moksha/ Modo, with Ted Grand and Jessica Robertson; Vinyasa, with Seane Corn and Simon Park. Therapeutic and restorative yoga, with Susie Hately; Breath and Bandas, with Richard Freeman; Qui Gong, with Vince Bruni.
