Do you yearn to study DARe Somatic Attachment work, while also giving yourself integration time to relax into and embody secure attachment? Here is your chance! Come experience one of the world’s most beautiful natural settings, and learn cutting edge somatic therapy strategies designed specifically for each Attachment Style, then spend three deeply nourishing days integrating presence, connecting, relaxing and playing.
Incorporating new research from the fields of Interpersonal Neurobiology and Attachment Theory, DARe offers clinical tools to support growth and change in the seemingly intractable patterns of insecure styles (Avoidant, Ambivalent, and Disorganized). We will explore ways to unveil the hard-wired healthy attachment system leading to greater comfort and presence in yourself and in your clients. DARe offers learning through didactic teachings, live Demos, Guided Imagery and Experiential Breakout sessions. Practical application of Somatic Experiencing® principles within an Attachment framework will take your clinical practice to a whole new level! Following the DARe training Patti will lead us in one day of silence with guided meditations, movement and journaling. We will then enjoy two days of paced relational and embodiment exercises that build upon each other, leading to intimacy enhancing life changes. These exercises and games will give you a chance to integrate your DARe learning while awakening a more authentic, playful and curious YOU. We’ll use body-based tools for relaxing into relational presence, while maintaining clarity and boundaries = all maximizing safe, secure relating. Be prepared to unlearn some of what you think you know about yourself!
